Starting at $3,500 per month · Initial three-month engagement

For organizations that need consistent implementation support without adding a full-time role. The starting scope includes up to 20 hours per month for one active program, a monthly workplan, milestone tracking, up to four team check-ins, partner coordination, participant communication, and a monthly progress summary.

Additional capacity is $125/hour when agreed in writing. Event delivery and travel are scoped separately.
